Lynsi Snyder, owner of In-N-Out Burger, says that the company has no plans to remove the Bible verses printed on its packaging despite ongoing criticism.
Snyder emphasized that the verses have appeared on In-N-Out items for generations. She tied the practice directly to her family’s Christian faith and the chain’s founding principles.
The family-owned business began in 1948 in Baldwin Park, California. Its packaging has long featured references such as John 3:16 and other scriptures. Snyder, who took full control of the company, has maintained these elements as a core part of the brand identity.
Critics have called for the removal of the verses in recent years. Snyder addressed the pressure by reiterating the company’s commitment to its roots, honoring long-standing traditions.
