Invincible returns for its fourth season on March 18, with the first three episodes releasing at once on Prime Video. The adult animated series, based on the comic by Robert Kirkman, follows teenager Mark Grayson as he develops powers and struggles to live up to the legacy of his father, Omni-Man.

Across its first three seasons, the show has traced Mark’s transformation from an inexperienced hero into a battle-tested protector of Earth, while also revealing the darker reality behind the Viltrumite empire. The conflict between Mark and his father reshaped the series early on, and its aftermath continues to influence the story as Mark struggles with questions of identity, loyalty, and responsibility.

Season 4 builds on those developments, placing Mark under increasing pressure as threats escalate both on Earth and beyond. The introduction of Thragg, one of the most formidable figures in the original comic series, marks a turning point in the narrative and signals a broader, more dangerous conflict ahead. The show continues to balance large-scale action with character-driven storytelling, often focusing on the personal cost of violence and the burden of power.

The season will include eight episodes total. After the three-episode premiere, new episodes will be released weekly every Wednesday at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m. ET, with the finale scheduled for April 22.

Returning voice cast members include Steven Yeun as Mark, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons as Omni-Man. New cast additions include Lee Pace as Thragg and Matthew Rhys as Dinosaurus.

The series continues to stream exclusively on Prime Video as part of an Amazon Prime subscription.
