No casualties were immediately reported from the Haifa incident, but the attack heightened fears over Iran's targeting of critical energy infrastructure.

This latest barrage came amid an intensifying exchange of strikes between Iran and Israel. Iran has launched multiple waves of ballistic missiles and drones at Israel in recent days, often employing cluster munitions to maximize impact on civilian areas. On Tuesday, cluster munitions detonated over Haifa, damaging homes in the suburbs, while similar attacks injured several in central Israel.
