Republican candidate for governor Mike Mazzei announced this week the launch of a multi-million-dollar advertising campaign that will begin airing immediately on television and streaming platforms across Oklahoma. The media blitz is designed to highlight Mazzei’s record on tax cuts, fiscal responsibility, and core conservative principles, framing his campaign as a “movement to restore the values that make Oklahoma great.”

The ads will focus on several policy priorities, including allowing Oklahomans to keep more of what they earn, eliminating property taxes for seniors and veterans, phasing out the state income tax, and investing in skilled-trade education to raise wages without expanding the size of government.

“This is not just an advertising campaign—it’s a movement,” Mazzei said in a statement. “Oklahomans are tired of wasteful spending and policies that make it harder for families to get ahead. My campaign is about restoring fiscal discipline and putting working Oklahomans first.”

Mazzei ended the most recent fundraising quarter with more than $2 million cash on hand, providing his campaign with the resources to sustain the advertising effort through the Republican primary. He has positioned his candidacy as a response to voter concerns over government waste, declining public safety, and what he describes as increasingly radical political agendas.

Mazzei previously served 12 years in the Oklahoma State Senate and later as Oklahoma Secretary of Budget. He is also the founder of Trinity Strategic Wealth, a financial planning firm managing more than $1.6 billion in assets. His campaign is expected to expand in phases as the 2026 Republican primary approaches, with Mazzei emphasizing tax relief, limited government, and adherence to the Republican platform.
