A 14-year-old boy from Wimauma, Florida, has been arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on terrorism and child pornography charges after allegedly plotting a mass shooting at a local church and possessing graphic child exploitation material. Authorities say the suspect, Jose Pagan Jr., is linked to Tempel ov Blood, a U.S.-based affiliate of the global Order of Nine Angles satanic pedophile cult known for anti-Semitism, hatred of Christianity, and the promotion of violence.
Sheriff Chad Chronister announced Wednesday that deputies received a tip on January 31 indicating Pagan had access to firearms and was planning to carry out a massacre at a church near his home. A search of the family residence uncovered weapons, ammunition, and electronic devices containing what the sheriff described as “14 extremely graphic, disturbing images where individuals were inflicting violence toward infants and toddlers.” Authorities said the material was too horrific to describe publicly.
Investigators said Pagan discussed the alleged plot in an online chat room associated with violent extremists. Photos showed him wearing a “No Lives Matter” T-shirt, and authorities said he expressed admiration for the extremist ideology promoted within those groups.
Chronister confirmed Pagan’s involvement with Tempel ov Blood (TOB), which is led by FBI informant and convicted felon Joshua Caleb Sutter, who publishes neo-Nazi propaganda from South Carolina. TOB is described as a hybrid satanic coven and militant order affiliated with the Order of Nine Angles. The group has been linked to extreme violence, including a recent case in which a Wisconsin teenager pleaded guilty to murdering his parents as part of an alleged plot to assassinate President Donald Trump.
“The age of the individual involved does not lessen the seriousness of these crimes,” Chronister said. He expressed concern about Pagan’s potential release following a 21-day juvenile hold, noting that law enforcement has increased patrols around two local churches as a precaution.
Pagan faces charges including making a written or electronic threat to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism, in-state transmission of child pornography, multiple counts related to the solicitation or possession of child pornography, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. It remains unclear whether prosecutors will seek to charge him as an adult.
The sheriff warned that the community remains at risk, and the investigation is ongoing. No additional suspects have been identified.
