Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, announced on Tuesday that 160 additional drugs have been added to the TrumpRx website, bringing the total number of discounted prescriptions available to more than 750.

The expansion allows Americans to compare prices and access lower costs on roughly 80% of the most commonly prescribed medications. The Trump administration launched the TrumpRx initiative to promote price transparency and leverage Most-Favored-Nations deals with pharmaceutical companies to drive down costs for consumers.

“Transparency drives cost-effective changes in how we procure and consume products,” Oz said during Tuesday’s White House press briefing. Since the site’s recent expansion to 600 drugs, it has attracted approximately 12 million unique visitors and generated an estimated $500 million in savings for Americans.

Starting July 1, Medicare beneficiaries will also be able to obtain GLP-1 weight-loss drugs for just $50 per month through the program. The Trump administration continues to prioritize lowering prescription drug prices and increasing options for American families through market-driven reforms rather than government mandates.
