The Green Bay Packers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 23-13 on Sunday night at Lambeau Field, using two interceptions and a relentless defensive effort to limit Dallas’ offense and secure their fourth win of the season. Green Bay improved to 4-2, while Dallas fell to 2-4.

Quarterback Jordan Love threw for 276 yards and a touchdown, while also scoring on a quarterback sneak just before halftime. Wide receiver Matthew Golden led Green Bay’s receiving corps with six catches for 104 yards and a touchdown, giving the Packers an early lead with a nine-yard scoring reception in the first quarter.

Green Bay built a 17-0 advantage by halftime after adding a field goal and Love’s rushing touchdown. The Packers’ offense also converted 11 of 18 third-down opportunities, helping sustain drives and keep pressure on the Dallas defense.

The Packers’ defense proved decisive by intercepting Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott twice. Safety Evan Williams recorded the first interception, while rookie defensive back Brandon Cisse picked off Prescott later in the first half. Green Bay repeatedly pressured Prescott and prevented Dallas from building consistent offensive momentum.

Dallas finally reached the end zone on a one-yard touchdown run by Javonte Williams in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 17-7. Green Bay responded with two more field goals to extend its lead to 23-7, forcing the Cowboys to chase the game in the closing minutes.

The Cowboys scored a late touchdown through Ryan Flournoy with 44 seconds remaining, but failed to convert the ensuing two-point attempt. Dallas’ onside kick then went out of bounds, allowing Green Bay to run out the clock.

The victory marked the Packers’ third consecutive game holding an opponent to 14 points or fewer, highlighting a defense that has become increasingly effective at creating turnovers and limiting scoring opportunities. Green Bay remained in contention in the NFC playoff race, while Dallas suffered another setback after entering the matchup with a high-powered offense
