Ohio Republican Rep. Max Miller is facing fresh backlash after his attorney accidentally released sensitive images of the congressman's two-year-old daughter in a document dump intended to counter domestic abuse claims.

Miller's lawyer, Aaron Minc, took full responsibility for the error in a statement, describing the release as "completely unintentional and a mistake." Minc said he alone handled the assembly, review, and redaction of the files.

An attorney for Miller's ex-wife, Emily Moreno, accused the lawyer of also disclosing the child's name and releasing an image that could qualify as child sexual abuse material. The incident occurred as Miller continues to deny allegations from Moreno, the daughter of Ohio Sen. Bernie Moreno, that he fractured the girl's collarbone and physically abused her.

Miller has rejected the claims and shared other documents on X to rebut them. The leak comes amid growing pressure on the congressman, including calls from Sen. Moreno for Miller to seek professional help and step aside from serving in the House.

The episode has intensified scrutiny in Miller's reelection bid, with critics highlighting the handling of sensitive family materials during the bitter custody dispute.
