President Donald Trump is expected to attend the Tennessee-Texas football game Saturday at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, according to a report from Clay Travis. The game is scheduled for noon ET and will be broadcast nationally on ABC.

The matchup will feature No. 14 Tennessee against No. 1 Texas as the Volunteers open Southeastern Conference play. Tennessee enters the game 3-0 after defeating Kennesaw State 42-9 last weekend, while Texas is also undefeated after opening the season with victories over Texas State, then-No. 1 Ohio State and UTSA.

Travis first reported Trump's expected appearance Wednesday. Other reports subsequently confirmed that the president is planning to attend, while Austin Price reported that Secret Service personnel have already been in Knoxville preparing for the visit.

The game marks the latest high-profile sporting event attended by Trump during his presidency. His appearance will come as Tennessee prepares to host Texas for the first time in the current SEC era, with the two programs meeting in Knoxville for the conference matchup.

Texas enters the game ranked No. 1 nationally after its 24-23 victory over Ohio State earlier this month. Tennessee is ranked in the top 15 following a 3-0 start that included a 45-24 road victory over Georgia Tech.

The game is scheduled for noon ET Saturday, September 26, at Neyland Stadium, where ESPN's College GameDay is also set to originate from Knoxville for the Tennessee-Texas showdown.
