The Dallas Cowboys defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 38-21 on Monday night at Lincoln Financial Field, delivering a statement victory over their NFC East rivals and improving to 3-4 on the season. Dallas controlled the game with a balanced offensive performance, piling up 416 total yards and scoring 18 unanswered points after Philadelphia briefly took the lead in the third quarter.

Quarterback Dak Prescott led the way through the air, completing touchdown passes to CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens while finishing with 212 passing yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. Prescott's performance helped Dallas overcome its recent offensive struggles and provided a much-needed spark as the Cowboys attempted to get their season back on track.

Running back Javonte Williams was equally impressive, rushing for a career-high 155 yards on 25 carries and scoring a fourth-quarter touchdown. Dallas finished with 204 rushing yards, averaging 5.4 yards per carry, as its offensive line repeatedly opened lanes against Philadelphia's defense. The Cowboys scored on seven of their nine offensive possessions, producing their highest point total of the season.

Dallas opened the scoring with a 55-yard field goal from Brandon Aubrey before Prescott connected with Lamb for a nine-yard touchdown. Philadelphia answered behind running back Saquon Barkley, who returned from a hamstring injury and scored on an eight-yard run.

The Eagles took advantage of Dallas penalties to move ahead in the second quarter, but Prescott responded with a 21-yard touchdown pass to Pickens. Aubrey added a field goal before halftime, giving the Cowboys a 20-14 advantage.

Philadelphia briefly seized momentum early in the third quarter when backup quarterback Tanner McKee threw a four-yard touchdown pass to rookie receiver Makai Lemon, putting the Eagles ahead 21-20. The lead did not last long.

Prescott answered with another touchdown connection to Lamb, then completed a two-point conversion on a quarterback sneak to put Dallas back in front, 28-21. The Cowboys' defense subsequently limited Philadelphia's opportunities while the offense continued to move the ball on the ground.

Aubrey extended the Dallas lead with two more field goals in the fourth quarter. Williams then capped the victory with a two-yard touchdown run, completing the scoring at 38-21.

The Dallas defense also made key contributions. Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown recorded an interception against McKee, helping the Cowboys disrupt Philadelphia's passing attack. McKee finished with 211 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception as the Eagles played without starting quarterback Jalen Hurts.

The defeat dropped Philadelphia to 2-5 and marked its fifth consecutive loss, its longest losing streak since 2016. The Cowboys, meanwhile, snapped their two-game skid and gained momentum heading into their next matchup against the Arizona Cardinals on November 1.

For Dallas, the victory offered a promising combination of efficient quarterback play, a productive ground game, and timely defensive stops. After struggling to find consistency in recent weeks, the Cowboys delivered one of their most complete performances of the season against a division rival.
