The Atlanta Falcons walked into Lambeau Field searching for their first victory of the season and left with a statement win, defeating the Green Bay Packers 35-14 on Thursday Night Football.

Atlanta's offense came alive after struggling through the opening two games of the season. The Falcons piled up 498 total yards, averaged 7.5 yards per play and controlled the game for more than 37 minutes. Their rushing attack accounted for 244 yards on 41 attempts.

Bijan Robinson led the way with a massive performance, rushing 29 times for 194 yards and two touchdowns. He repeatedly broke through Green Bay's defense, including a 55-yard run, while Brian Robinson Jr. added 50 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Michael Penix Jr. also delivered in his return to the lineup. The Falcons quarterback completed 18 of 25 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown, although he threw one interception. Penix connected with tight end Austin Hooper for a second-quarter touchdown that gave Atlanta a 17-7 halftime advantage.

Drake London was another major factor in the victory, catching nine passes for 194 yards. His 68-yard reception helped fuel an Atlanta offense that consistently created explosive plays against the Packers.

Green Bay struggled to establish any balance offensively. The Packers managed only nine rushing attempts for 17 yards, leaving quarterback Jordan Love to carry much of the workload through the air. Love completed 28 of 53 passes for 312 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

The Falcons led 17-7 at halftime and extended the advantage to 24-7 in the third quarter after Brian Robinson's second touchdown of the game. Green Bay briefly cut into the deficit with a fourth-quarter touchdown, but Atlanta answered with another touchdown and a successful two-point conversion to put the game out of reach.

The loss dropped Green Bay to 1-2 and ended a 13-game winning streak in Packers home openers at Lambeau Field. Atlanta also moved to 1-2 after opening the season with consecutive losses.

For the Falcons, the victory provided a much-needed offensive breakthrough and their first win under head coach Kevin Stefanski. Atlanta will now look to build on the performance as the season continues.
